Racist rollerblader: Lake Calhoun ‘just fine the way it is’

536c1641cdbd8.preview-620UPTOWN – In an interview earlier today, inline skating enthusiast and racist Richard O’Neil expressed his distraught over recent calls to change the name of Lake Calhoun. The lake is named after John C. Calhoun, a politician known for his pro-slavery beliefs. “Why can’t we just leave history alone?” O’Neil asked. “Calhoun was a national hero, and I think about that every time I strap on the blades for a quick jaunt around the lake.”
