The four-year old feline has reportedly listened to Minnesota Public Radio news approximately nine hours a day since he was a kitten. “I just thought he might like the radio on while I was at work,” said Frank’s owner and MPR sustaining member Chris Peterson. Although he is only a cat, Frank apparently has a deep understanding of the current political landscape and polarizing debates dividing the country. The insight he gains through the unbiased news source allows Frank to consider multiple perspectives on complex issues and has transformed the cat into a truly global citizen. Frank especially enjoys the coverage of the arts and Kerri Miller’s book pick of the week.
